Mr. Levin was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in April 2000. Mr. Levin has spent the past 30 years in the apparel industry with extensive experience with outlet stores. He was Executive Vice President of eOutlet.com and prior to that was President of both Coleman Company's outlet divisions, Camp Coleman and Revlon, Inc.'s Prestige Fragrance & Cosmetics. In addition, Mr. Levin was President of Parade of Shoes, a division of J. Baker, Inc. Mr. Levin is a member of the Company's Board of Directors. He graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology and History. In May 2012, Mr. Levin joined the board of directors of Christopher & Banks Corporation as a director.
Mr. Levin brings to the Board valuable experience in merchandising and marketing initiatives. Since joining the Company, Mr. Levin has been instrumental in transforming the Company from a company which exclusively operated Levi Strauss & Co. branded apparel to the largest specialty retailer of big & tall men’s apparel.

Peter H. Stratton, Jr., was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer effective June 2014. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer since August 2009. Peter joined the Company in June 2009 as Vice President of Finance. From May 2007 to June 2009, he served as Senior Director of Corporate Accounting at BearingPoint, Inc. Prior to May 2007, Mr. Stratton held various finance and accounting leadership positions at Legal Sea Foods, Inc., Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc., and Cintas Corporation. Peter holds a B.S. in Accounting from Babson College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Miami University.

Francis Chane was promoted to Senior Vice President of Distribution, Logistics and Facilities in 2011. Mr. Chane joined DXL in 2008 as Vice President of Distribution and Logistics. Mr. Chane has worked in retail and catalog for over 25 years having worked for Redcats US, a division of the French multi-national company PPR, as Vice President of Operations and Facilities from 1999-2008. Prior to Redcats USA, Mr. Chane worked for WearGuard Corporation, a division of Aramark Corporation, where he held various operational leadership positions.
He received his undergraduate degree from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MS from Lesley University.

Angela Chan has been the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Sourcing Officer since February 2015. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing and Product Development from March 2013 until January 2015 and as the Company's Vice President of Global Sourcing from May 2010 to March 2013. Ms. Chan joined the Company as Director of Global Sourcing in February 2009 and was promoted to Senior Director of Global Sourcing in October 2009. Prior to joining our Company, from October 2007 to December 2008 Ms. Chan was the Senior Product Merchant for Redcats USA. From 2007 to 2009, Ms. Chan was an Independent Retail Consultant and Analyst with the Gerson Lehrman Group and the Executive Vice President of Global Sourcing for Rocawear from August 2006 to December 2006. Angela started her retail career at Macy's Corporate Buying Group in 1989 and held various senior merchandising and product development positions in New York and Hong Kong.

Mr. Ederle was appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Merchandising Officer in April 2013 and in April 2015 his role was expanded to include Planning and Allocation. Prior to that, Mr. Ederle served as the Company's Senior Vice President - General Merchandising Manager - DXL since April 2011. From August 2008 through April 2011, Mr. Ederle was the Vice President GMM Rochester Clothing. Mr. Ederle started his career in the finance industry but has spent the last 20 years in the retail industry. His diverse retail background includes stores, planning and merchandising at several retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue, Abercrombie and Fitch and Limited Brands. He graduated from the Indiana University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Business.

Robert S. Molloy was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel effective April 2010 and Secretary effective May 2014. Bob joined the Company in February 2008 as Vice President and General Counsel. Previously, Bob served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Staples, Inc. where he provided expert legal advice to all areas of retail operations, marketing, sales, and distribution, as well as managed a team overseeing litigation, labor and employment law, IS/IT, and intellectual property. Sahal S. Laher joined the Company in January 2017 as its Senior Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer. Sahal has over 20 years of senior operational experience with a focus on digital and Omni-channel strategies, modernizing applications, as well as data and technology security. Most recently from April 2013 until January 2017, he served as Executive Vice President of Digital, Innovation and Technology, Global CIO for Brook Brothers Group, where he was responsible for ensuring that the company's information technology investments, resources and project execution were aligned with its strategic business objectives. Prior to that, from May 2009 to March 2013, he was the Global Chief Information Officer at Stride Rite Corporation. Sahal also held senior strategic consulting positions at Deloitte Consulting, Anderson Consulting and Data General Corporation. He holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and International Studies from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Mary Luttrell was promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing in January 2017. Mary has over 25 years of retail marketing experience. She joined the Company in April 2000 as Senior Manager of Marketing and since November 2012 has served as the Company’s Vice President of Brand and Marketing. Prior to joining the Company, Mary was the Manager of Media advertising at Hills department stores and also worked on the advertising agency side managing many retail accounts.
Brian has been the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer since November 2013. Brian joined the Company in May 2010 as the Senior Vice President of Store Sales and Operations. Prior to joining the Company, Peter was the Vice President of Real Estate for Brooks/Eckerd Pharmacy Chain. During his 12 years at Brooks, Peter's management experience spanned the areas of site selection, property management, lease administration, capital expenditure budgeting, market research and heavy involvement in construction. Walter has been the Company's Senior Vice President of Human Resources since May 2006. From August 2003 through April 2006, he was Vice President of Human Resources. He began his retail career with Anderson - Little Company, a manufacturer/retailer of men's and women's tailored clothing, holding various management positions including store manager, district manager and national leasing manager. In 1987, he was promoted to Vice President - Human Resources at Richman Brothers Company, the parent company of Anderson – Little. In 1993 he was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Senior Director Human Resources of Woolworth Corporation, the predecessor company to Foot Locker Inc. where he was employed until 2002 when he joined Marc-Allen Associates, a nationwide executive search firm. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Husson College in Bangor, Maine.
